We charge carriage because we have to pay carriage to deliver your goods. We believe that a single carriage charge per order is far fairer and more transparent for our customers than having an invisible carriage charge built into the price of each product that you purchase.

Shipments are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 4:30pm excluding Bank Holidays - Orders processed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Goods are normally shipped by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery. Heavy and high value orders are shipped by overnight courier. Occasionally goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers. As we try to keep carriage charges to a minimum carriage costs vary according to the size and shipping method.
